1. Returns & Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

- You will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
4. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging. We will provide a full replacement or refund.
