Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns on used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

• Customer provides return shipping.
  

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our support team at support@laformule.us with your order number and reason for return.
• You will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

4. Exchanges

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging. We will provide a full replacement or refund.
